In early January 2024, Platform welcomed two new partnerships: Manchester Private Hospital and Direct2Florist. Both businesses have chosen to invest in our team’s skillset; strategy & consultancy, user experience creative, and development.

Manchester Private Hospital and Direct2Florist are two very distinctive businesses, each with different challenges and requirements. However, both businesses share a commonality: they needed to find a strategic partner to help with the planning and delivery of a digital transformation roadmap.

 

 

Manchester Private Hospital sought our Laravel development expertise, for the integration of their marketing automation software with their bespoke patient CRM. The integration aims to simplify the onboarding process for their patients and staff, allowing pre-consultation and patient pre-operative data to feed directly into their back-office CRM, reducing administrative labor work for staff, and allowing more transparency and accessibility over patient records.

Manchester Private Hospital is also working with the Platform team on a 12-month digital transformation roadmap of ongoing developments to their CRM. Additionally, plans are in the pipeline to develop a patient mobile transformation app for the hospital. Their objectives are to digitally automate the business over the next few years.

 

 

Direct2Florist, a leading global flower delivery service, engaged with us to lean on our team’s consultancy services and development expertise. There is a need for us to collaborate with their in-house team, providing digital strategy, creative direction, user experience, and development for their new website.

Both partnerships mark the beginning of collaborative journeys where Platform’s experience meets their aspirations. The start of 2024 holds the promise of significant advancements as we embark on these ventures with Manchester Private Hospital and Direct2Florist.
