We’ll set you up with a website that’s easy to maintain, allows you to recruit and engage members locally, and if you wish, share your scheduled trips, training and other events with the wider BSAC community. Our team create your new website in our framework, and then work with you to add the content in a hidden area, and finally push it live onto a domain name of your choice once you’re ready.
The platform uses WordPress as the content management system for easy editing. At any point, you can log in and add/remove pages and change text and imagery. Contact enquiries will be emailed to you to pick up. There is a one-off fee which covers the set-up. This is fixed at £200 for each club, which has been subsidised by British Sub-Aqua Club. Followin this the monthly cost is £6, covering hosting, security certificate, .uk domain and support. There is no contract, and you can cancel at any time.
Your new website will encourage users to try diving or snorkelling, or visit if they’re already trained. You can have a full photo and video gallery – if you wish, integrated with Instagram and YouTube. There is the ability to add your own trips, training and social events and take online payments, with the option. Included is a members area with upcoming events, join/renew links and other key links. There is a news area for the latest information to be shared. You can include contact information for new enquiries and existing members. Finally, we’ll set up Google Analytics with goal tracking so you can see how it’s being used.
