A brand new website focussed on user experience and conversion, as well as a separate customer portal with instant quote creation.

Continuous development focusing on conversion

Smile Kitchens are changing the way you buy a kitchen. The brand have unique proposition, in that they provide an online design and consultancy service. This means that customers looking to buy a new kitchen can do so conveniently from the comfort of their homes.

As a digital first brand, their success is centred around their web platform and the several digital pillars within, including user experience, customer journeys and conversion funnels.

Since the beginning of the partnership, we have worked closely to continuously develop their existing website, covering many elements including intelligent signposting, improving the usability of the pricing calculator, navigation changes, as well as the design and build of the ‘how we work’ area. Throughout we have used analytical data to ensure these big improvements to user experience have lifted online conversion rates.

During this phase, we also directed the shoot of their process video, which educates a website visitor on how they will work with the brand throughout and after their purchasing process.

Intelligent lead funnel

Originally a simple data capture form, we took on the project of the full design and build of a lead generation funnel.

This funnel aims to book customers onto either a full consultation video call, or a quick advice call if they are not quite ready for the full purchasing process to begin.

An online scheduling tool is used to manage the calendars of kitchen designers. The lead generation funnel has a bespoke integration with this API, allowing customers to choose a date and time for their call within the process, as well as alter this time easily following the booking process.

The brand charge customers ahead of their consultation, and therefore during the lead generation process a payment is taken, with the funnel being directly directly with Stripe.

Bespoke CRM integration with automation

When we first met Smile Kitchens, all of their leads were placed in their Monday.com CRM by hand. Once we uncovered this, we immediately held workshops to understand how different lead types were handled by the team, and how we could help take away the administration.

The website now integrates directly with Monday.com through a bespoke connection to their API. Whether a lead is generated via the main funnel – placing a booking and taking a payment at the time time – or the lead originated from many other potential sources, the information is placed instantly into the CRM, completing numerous fields and generating activity cards for the internal team to use as they deal with the prospect or customer.
